Privacy

What you send me. Through the inquiry form: your name, email address, the service you choose, your message and, if you choose to say, how you heard about the firm. By email: whatever you write. I use it to reply to you and check for conflicts of interest. I do not sell it or use it for marketing.
Where form inquiries are stored. In the firm's inquiry database on Cloudflare, together with the date received, the date of your last contact, the date set for deletion, and the version of the notice shown with the form.
Visit data processed by service providers. The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records the pages viewed, the referring site, and the browser and country, without cookies and without following you to other sites. To stop repeated or automated sending, the form keeps short-lived counters tied to a one-way code made from your internet connection's address, not the address itself; they are deleted within two days. The site has no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare delivers and protects it.
Email arrives in Proton Mail, and I read it myself. I may use an AI service, under a business account that does not train on the firm's content, to help review or draft replies.
How long it is kept. Form inquiries are deleted automatically six years after your last contact, unless I must keep one longer, for example because of a legal hold. Emails stay in the firm's mailbox; they are not deleted on a fixed schedule.
